Todd McMurray
Mr. McMurray has over 23 years' experience financing and promoting the interests of public and private companies, including 16 years as a senior officer to Canadian listed mining companies. He has helped raise more than $100 million for mineral exploration and development and was recently part of the team that developed, then sold St Jude Resources in a deal valued at $120 million.

 
David Straw, Director
David Straw
Mr. Straw is a senior geologist with over 50 years' experience and success in all phases of mineral exploration, property development, joint ventures, mine development, production, valuation and finance. He has extensive international uranium experience including being part of the team that put the second uranium mine into production in Australia. He has held numerous senior positions during his career including VP Exploration/ VP Mineral Development & Director of Inco Australia/Indonesia.

 
William Sheriff, Director
William Sheriff
Mr. Sheriff is a senior geologist with over 27 years' experience in mineral exploration. He is considered one of the leading prospect developers in the western USA, having generated numerous exploration projects for major mining companies including Newmont, Anglo, Uranerz, Atlas, Cordex, Homestake and others. This experience includes a very successful background in uranium exploration and development as the Chairman and co-founder of Energy Metals prior to its acquisition by Uranium One in a deal valued at $1.3 billion.

 
Ken Midan, Director
Ken Midan
Mr Midan is a senior mining engineer and manager with over 40 years' domestic and international experience in open pit and underground mine engineering, operations and project development. Most recently he was a Director and Project Manager of St. Jude Resources. Prior to that he was the Manager-Technical Services for Saudi Arabia Mining Company. Previous roles also include Manager of Mining Division, Fluor Daniel Wright Ltd.

 
Dennis E. Stover, Director
Dennis E. Stover
Dr. Stover is Executive Vice President, Americas for Uranium One, Inc. He is responsible for the commercial development of Uranium One's substantial U. S. uranium assets as well other uranium assets in the Americas. Previously he served as Chief Operating Office of Energy Metals Corporation. Prior to joining EMC in 2005, he lead a private consulting firm founded in 2002 which provided technical services to both domestic and international uranium mining ventures. From 1989 until 2002, he served as Vice President, Engineering and Project Development for Rio Algom Mining Corp. Prior to joining Rio Algom, he served as Chief Engineer for Everest Minerals Corporation for 11 years.

After earning a B.A. in Chemistry from Kalamazoo College and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan, he joined Atlantic Richfield Company where he was instrumental in the development of In-Situ Uranium Recovery technology and the Clay West Project, the first commercial scale U.S. In-Situ uranium project.

An author of several papers regarding In--Situ uranium recovery, he has co-authored three IAEA Guidebooks and Manuals related to both Acidic and Alkaline Uranium ISL technology. He has authored six patents relating to this technology. He is a non-executive director of Gunnison Minerals, Inc. a privately held copper exploration and development company.

 
Kamal Nagra, CFO/Director, CGA
Ms. Nagra has over 14 years' accounting experience, including 10 years in the mining industry. Prior to Artha she was the Chief Financial Officer for St Jude Resources which was sold to Golden Star in a transaction valued at $120 million. Ms. Nagra was also the senior accountant for First Quantum Minerals, which grew from a small copper producer to a major mining company with a market cap well over $5 billion while she was there.

 
Christine Thomson, Corporate Secretary
Ms. Thomson has over 20 years experience including 15 years' managing the corporate administration of public mining companies. Her previous roles as Corporate Secretary include Energy Metals, First Majestic Silver and First Quantum Minerals.
