Focused on Uranium
Artha Resources is exploring four advanced uranium projects in southwestern Wyoming. This region is known for hosting roll-front uranium deposits with numerous discoveries since the 1950s. The area is also mining-friendly and supportive of the uranium industry. Artha Resources entered into an agreement with Energy Metals Corporation, (acquired by Uranium One Corporation in August, 2007), whereby Artha can acquire up to a 70% interest in Energy Metals' Wyoming projects by incurring a total of Cdn $5 million in exploration expenditures and issuing 1,813,060 common shares.
